KONNECT TERMS OF USE Last Updated: March 2026 These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you(“User,” “you,” or “your”) and YouROK, Inc. (“YouROK,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)governing your access to and use of the Konnect mobile application, related services, and associated websites (collectively, the “Service”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies incorporated by reference, including the Konnect Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately. 1. Eligibility The Service is intended primarily for college-aged individuals and young adults. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that: • You are at least 13 years of age. • If you are under 18 years of age, you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. • You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. • Any information you provide to YouROK is accurate and complete. YouROK reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these eligibility requirements. 2. Description of the Service Konnect is a digital wellness and social support platform designed to help students build emotional resilience, self-awareness, and healthy peer connections. The Service may include, but is not limited to: • Guided reflections • Wellness prompts and exercises • Peer engagement features • Journaling or reflection tools • Community discussion spaces • Data-driven wellness insights • Educational resources related to personal wellbeing YouROK may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Service at any time without prior notice. 3. Wellness and Medical Disclaimer Konnect is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment. The Service: • Does not provide medical advice • Does not diagnose mental health conditions • Does not provide therapy or counseling services • Does not replace professional medical or mental health care Use of the Service does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-patient, or counselor-client relationship. User Accounts and Security Some features of the Service may require account registration. You agree to: • Provide accurate and current information • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials • Notify YouROK immediately of unauthorized account use You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. YouROK reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. 5. Community Standards and Acceptable Use Users must engage respectfully and responsibly when using Konnect. You agree not to use the Service to: • Harass, bully, or intimidate others • Post hate speech or discriminatory content • Threaten violence or promote self-harm • Share illegal content • Share personal or private information about others without consent • Impersonate another person • Upload malicious software or attempt to disrupt the platform YouROK reserves the right to remove content or restrict access for users who violate these standards. 6. Community Moderation and Safety Konnect may use a combination of: • Automated detection systems • Artificial intelligence tools • Human moderation to identify harmful or inappropriate content. However, YouROK does not guarantee continuous monitoring of all user activity. Users remain responsible for their own interactions and communications within the platform. 7. Artificial Intelligence Features Certain features of the Service may use artificial intelligence, algorithms, or automated systems to generate prompts, reflections, or wellness insights. These outputs: • Are intended for informational and self-reflection purposes only • Should not be interpreted as medical, psychological, or professional advice AI-generated content may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete information. Users should exercise their own judgment when interpreting such outputs. 8. Privacy and Data Practices Your use of the Service is governed by the Konnect Privacy Policy. YouROK may collect certain information including: • Account information • Device and usage data • Interaction data within the application • Optional reflection or journaling content submitted by users Where permitted by law, YouROK may use aggregated and anonymized data to: • Improve the Service • Conduct research • Analyze product performance • Develop new features YouROK will not sell personally identifiable user data. 9. Intellectual Property All intellectual property associated with the Service, including: • Software • Algorithms • Content • Branding • Logos • Designs • User interface elements are owned by or licensed to YouROK. Users may not: • Copy or reproduce the platform • Reverse engineer the software • Decompile the application • Create derivative works • Redistribute proprietary materials Unauthorized use of intellectual property may result in legal action. 10. User Content Users may have the ability to submit content, reflections, or comments within the Service (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting content you grant YouROK a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display such content for purposes of operating and improving the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you submit. 11. Third-Party Services and App Stores Konnect may be distributed through third-party platforms including: • Apple App Store • Google Play Store These platforms are not responsible for the Service and are not parties to these Terms. Your use of such platforms may be subject to additional terms imposed by those providers. 12. Disclaimer of Warranties To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. YouROK disclaims all warranties, including: • Merchantability • Fitness for a particular purpose • Non-infringement • Continuous availability • Accuracy or completeness of content YouROK does not guarantee that the Service will operate without interruption or error. 13. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouROK shall not be liable for any: • Indirect damages • Incidental damages • Consequential damages • Special damages • Loss of profits • Loss of data • Loss of goodwill arising from your use of the Service. The total aggregate liability of YouROK for all claims related to the Service shall not exceed $100 USD. 14. Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YouROK and its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from: • Your use of the Service • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights This obligation survives termination of your account. 15. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You agree that: • Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis • You waive the right to participate in class actions • You waive the right to a jury trial 16. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. 17. Termination YouROK may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if: • You violate these Terms • Your conduct poses risk to other users or the platform • Required by law Users may stop using the Service at any time. 18. Changes to These Terms YouROK may update these Terms periodically. If material changes occur, users will be notified through the application or website.
